We’re still open and available for pre-booked appointments
Whilst it may not be quite ‘business as usual’, the latest advice from housing secretary Robert Jenrick confirms that housing developers, estate agents and removal firms can continue to operate during lockdown. Furthermore, visits to show homes and sales and marketing suites can still go ahead, and mortgage valuations and surveys can continue to take place.
In line with government guidance, we can only accept pre-booked appointments to view a Genesis property and we can only offer a limited number of viewings (due to the sanitising and cleaning we need to undertake between visits). However, we will do our very best to help and assist you with any enquiries you may have about buying a property.
The guidelines state:
- You can view property and have your property valued for sale or rent.
- Only two households can be in the property at any one time.
- Viewing parties must be limited to no more than 2 people and must be from the same household.
As has been the case for several months now, when viewing properties please avoid touching surfaces. Hands must be washed regularly and/or hand sanitiser used (we provide this at all of your developments).
