Members of our team made the trip to Manchester recently to represent the company at the prestigious North West New Home Show.
The event, which also has a Birmingham equivalent, is regarded as one of the best shows for those looking at new build homes, and it was great to be able to speak to guests who wanted to find out more about Genesis Homes and Russell Armer Homes.
The show attracted many housing developers from across the region, and there was plenty of interest from members of the public wishing to find out more about what is on the market.
Having a prominent presence at the event, held in the impressive venue of Manchester Central, presented our team with a great opportunity to spread the word about the exciting projects coming up.
Interest in our pilot EcoGen project at the Pennine View development in Calthwaite was particularly high with the initiative a frontrunner in sustainable housing in the UK through the construction of 16 carbon net-zero emitting homes.
Our team was on hand to explain the benefits of a Genesis Home and Russell Armer Home, and it was great to get some first hand reaction from guests about our current and ongoing developments.
Genesis Homes left a big mark on the event too because, as bag sponsors, each attendee received a goodie bag branded with our logo to help get our name out to a wider audience.
