We are excited to announce that Genesis Homes has been named a finalist for Homebuilder of the Year at the upcoming Insider Media North West Residential Property Awards 2025.
The awards celebrate the achievements of the regions’ leading housebuilders, with a focus on those who create exceptional developments across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Cumbria. As a part of the awards’ 10th anniversary celebration, this year’s ceremony will honour the very best in the industry.
2024 has been a hugely successful year for Genesis Homes and our sister company Russell Armer Homes, with demand for the high specification, energy efficient homes we build across Cumbria and North Lancashire significantly increasing. Several of our developments are nearing completion, with Wakefield Gardens (Lazonby), Eamont Chase (Penrith) and Farries Field (Stainburn) close to selling out, while our Beckstones (Rheda North Park) development sold out earlier this year. With eight active developments throughout the North West, we’re excited to expand our presence in the region, with new homes coming soon to desirable locations such as Carlisle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Burgh by Sands and Seaton.
Being named a finalist for the Homebuilder of the Year award follows an already impressive year for us. We were also finalists in the inaugural Insider Media Lancashire Property Awards earlier this year and the in-Cumbria Business Awards taking place this month. Adding to the momentum, our Eamont Chase development was named the Best Large Development (over 50 homes) at the 2024 North West Residential Property Awards.
We’re incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication of our team, which has helped us earn this recognition. As we continue to grow and bring quality homes to desirable location across the North West, we look forward to seeing what the future holds.
