• We will organise the valuation of your property after which we agree an asking price for your current home.
• We appoint an Estate Agent to market your existing property and aim to find you a suitable buyer.
• Your Sales Executive will liaise regularly with you and the Estate Agent to keep you updated throughout.
• Once we have found a buyer and the chain is complete you can secure your brand-new home, safe in the knowledge that there will be no hold ups.
