We’re excited to announce 99 much-needed new homes will be constructed in the west Cumbrian village of Seaton in the coming months.
Our highly anticipated Derwent Rise development will launch in Spring as we build a range of modern, high-quality homes to suit a variety of home buyers including 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedroom houses and 2-bedroom bungalows.
Eighteen of the 99 homes will be affordable housing, specifically for local residents.

As part of building Derwent Rise, Genesis Homes is delighted to fund significant drainage infrastructure works to alleviate flooding risks in Seaton. An attenuation pond will be created to provide extra drainage capacity in the village, as well as serving the development.
