We’re delighted to have been given the green light for our highly anticipated development, Sandsfield Way, located on Orton Road in Carlisle.
The construction of 90 new homes will begin in February 2025, where we’ll create a community of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes with a high specification and energy efficient features. As part of the development, we will contribute £520,000 towards local education and public open spaces, including the installation of a new footpath connecting Sandsfield Way to nearby Priorwood Close which will significantly improve safety and access in the area.
