Genesis Homes have an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to work on our hugely anticipated development at Kirkby Lonsdale, as well as further opportunities in and around Lancashire.
The ideal candidate will have new homes experience, be highly motivated, hardworking and a people person. Candidates with experience in Estate Agency and Sales will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
You will give the ultimate customer experience by guiding buyers through the customer journey from initial enquiry to reserving and completing on the customer’s new home. Lunesdale Rise at Kirkby Lonsdale is a highly sought after development with significant interest.
We want to speak to you if the following applies to you:
- You have New Homes Sales experience
- You can work weekends (working week is Thursday – Monday) including Bank Holidays
- You feel at ease speaking with customers and clients on a face-to-face basis.
- You are confident with the CRM systems
- You have a driving licence
- You can conduct viewings to potential new home buyers using marketing materials, such as the show home, floor plans and brochures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000 per year

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Quarterly bonus
